Two Harbors, Minnesota is only 180 miles north from downtown Minneapolis and just 27 miles north of Duluth, on Highway 61.

You will see the signs for the Historic Light House, Railroad Station, the Edna G. Tugboat and large Iron Ore docks.

If you see Betty's Pies, you have gone 2 miles too far north.


Turn off just 2 miles north of Two Harbors at mile marker 27 on Highway 61, you will see the large Superior Shores sign on the highway (now red).

Don’t go to the Lodge, stay on the road to the right and check-in at the Gate House. Just follow the signs.


Here is the front door of Lake Home Villa # 17. You will find 2 bedrooms, loft, large kitchen and living room area, fireplace, 2 bathrooms (whirlpool tub), fireplace, deck with gas grill. You will have all of the conveniences of home.

The pool, with a hot tub, is just down the road. A tennis court is nearby, along with trails throughout the site - enjoy.


Here is the view of the beach front area from the condo. Be sure to go down to the beach, or the rocky point, to enjoy a campfire.

Be sure to enjoy the trails throughout the entire grounds.

Stop at the Kamloops Bar & Restauant for good food and drinks.


The gas fireplace is warm and cozy. It's just a matter of flipping a switch to turn it on and the condo is heated in no time.

The Condo has a cable TV and CD/DVD player.


There is a full kitchen with a stove, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all of the cooking utensils and dishware needed to serve your family.


The skylight offers a wonderful view from the loft to the night sky or early morning sunrise.


Enjoy Gooseberry Falls with all of the trails, biking and hiking, just 15 minutes north of the condo on Highway 61.


Be sure to see the historic Split Rock Light House only 20 minutes north of the condo on Highway 61.

No vacation on the north shore would be complete without a stop at Betty's Pies. Be sure to stop in and enjoy a good meal with pie as the dessert.
