RENTAL TERMS:
All dates are subject to availability. We will consider a rental period of less than 1 week, such as a long weekend, or a grouping of weekdays. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM the following morning. A Holding Deposit should be made at least 3 weeks prior to the arrival date. The Rental Fee will be based upon a Rate per Night, plus a Flat $60 Cleaning Fee. The entire Rental Fee must be paid in advance of the arrival date. Failure to make the full Rental Fee payment prior to the arrival date will result in the cancellation of your reservation and loss of your Holding Deposit.
